SHIPPING POLICY

We stand behind the quality of CannaNums CBD flower and CBD Gummies. Our customer's satisfaction is the highest priority for our business. Domestic - USA .  We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  1. Orders take an estimated 2-5 business days to be delivered after the departure from our warehouse. Orders ship from the warehouse within 24hrs. Monday - Friday.

  2. A tracking number is provided on all online orders. CannaNums is not liable for lost orders if the tracking number shows that the order has been delivered.

  3. Customers must enter a complete address at checkout. CannaNums is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses entered by customers.

  4. CannaNums is not liable for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  5. Holidays, sales campaigns and inclement weather can impact our shipping and delivery times.

  6. Issues with orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  7. We reserve the right to cancel any order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At Cannanums we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. The deadline for returning an order is 30 days from the date on which you received the Gummies.

In order to be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions. Returns and refunds are at our sole discretion.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible to cover the cost of shipping the returned products. Once we receive your return, we will review and inspect the product to make sure it complies with our policy. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days if you are approved.

If there was an issue with your return, we will notify you by email about the issue and reason for rejection of the refund. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account and then contact your bank and credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@cannanums.com.

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or do not meet the item description. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at evan@cannanums.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item is received.
